FYI, I randomly did a rescan of my digital channels Friday night and was pleasantly surprised to find CityTV HD on 17.1. Their transmitter apparently is up and running! Right now I get all Canadian channels reliably that are available in Kanata/Ottawa. I do get the PBS stations on a good clear night, but not during the day.
FYI for my setup. I'm in Kanata with a roof mounted (outside not attic) antenna + preamp. Thinking of getting a rotator to fine tune the optimal spot for weaker channels (both PBS stations).
