It is CHEX Durham , a CBC affiliate. Broadcast analog on 22 but its distributed by cable on 12 that is why its name Channel 12 as per wikipedia
[Link: en.wikipedia.org]It is a low power station , LPTV, only 5.5 kW and for analog UHF 22 that is nothing, very good clear weather last night allowed you to get it. You see for some people perfect weather conditions means a new channel to watch like you for others like , last night , I could not get a lock to the Azteca TV HD DVB_S2 8PSK Mux on C-Band to watch the PPV boxing in HD for free (BELL TV wanted 65 cad!!) due to adjacent satellite interference , well actually due to an undersized parabolic reflector because my dish is only 6 ft. I had to settle with the SD version on Ku Band.
