Just purchased set and have few problems maybe someone can assist with ?
Have a thin white annoying line on top of picture, not on all channels, seems like half ? Connected with DVI/HDMI Monster Cable to Time Warner Digital cable box.
Cannot adjust sharpness of picture(option shaded grey).
Cannot get my dvd to work(connected through component cables and selected input yprb1/connected to 1). Do I need to return this unit or can I get it to work ?
Suggestions Please ?
Gary

I had a similar line, it was coming from my HD Receiver because the out put of the receiver was at a lower resolution. Try changing the resolution of the HD box and see if that removes the line. (My HD receiver is from Direct TV and I had to configure the receiver to the available resolutions my Westinghouse could accept)

As for the DVD, check the set-up of the DVD and see if it is in progessive mode. Flip it back and forth between progressive and standard. Westinghouse can't do 480i but can do 480p so hopefully this is it.

Hi, I tried exactly what you suggest and the line went away. I connected the dvd to the AV1 input and that is working just fine also. Thank you so much ! Now I just need to get my remote set up correctly, instead of using different remotes for the cable box,t.v.,etc.
