Hi,
From reading the previous thread it appears that TVOS does not work with satellite services (??).
I have a Toshiba RD-XS34 DVD HDD which comes with the TVGOS and am subscribed to Star Choice satellite service – I am in a rural location in Alberta and have no cable TV within 40kms.
Question is – can I get TVGOS through satellite or am I resigned to using the Star Choice guide?
Any help greatly appreciated.

TVGOS is only for use with antenna or cable sources.
