Ok very new to this.At my work I have Dish network rec.310 pro. in network room with 8 computers in room. The rec. is connected to a video card on one of the computers. On the other side of this room is a monitoring room with 12 monitors connected through the wall to computers. The remote will not work on rec.beings it is ir and will not go through the wall. What is a simple way of contoling the rec.with out having to go into computer room to change channels. Now also in the office across from this office is another Dish network rec.310 also.I do not want to have a effect on this rec.In other words I don't want to change channels on the bosses rec.when I am changing mine.

or this

These are both infrared wireless extenders.

Here's a better solution.

This IR to UHF upgrade kit is wireless to the IR repeater so you do not have to point it at the pyramid. It is designed to work with your receiver.
