So... I am trying to link my PSP and code it to change channels on my cable box, the SA Explorer 2100. I tried the 2000 code and nothing, then the Explorer cable box code, and nothing.

There is no listing of the 2100 codes... can ANYONE tell me where I can get them, if not here then where!!!???!!!???

Searching...

Are you trying to use a cable box on your cable system that was not provided to you by your cable system.

That is what I need info on. The Scientific Atlanta 2100 I purchased on Ebay won't work.

No... I want to use my PSP as a remote control for my cable box (the 2100). But the hexadecimal codes for that model (the 2100) aren't listed here in the Features section on this site. So, I was wondering if there is anyone that knows the codes, or if the webmaster can get them there.

Any clues!?

The codes for all digital SA boxes are the same (2100, 4200, 3250, 3100, 8300, etc.)

I tried the other codes with no avail. and when you go to the hex code section here, they are NOT the same. The codes within the models themselves aren't even the same, there are slight differences.

I have given up on this... I must be doing something wrong on the PSP myself. Thanks tho to people that responded.

that's strange... I have been using the codes I have with all those models with a Pronto and they work fine.
