I own a Dish Network 811 receiver and I would like to use it on my Bell ExpressVu account. Is there anyway to convert the 811 to receive the Bell ExpressVu signal? Thanks Peter

No. Expressvu doesnt have the 811 in their system so you can not use it. There is no known legal or 'grey market' way of doing it. You are stuck with Dish Network.
