I don't care about VHF. I'm about 45 to 50 miles away from digital signals. Whats a good antenna?

I like the Winegard PR-4400. It has worked great for me but I have only been about 35-40 miles away from the city so far. It's about a $17 antenna, definately worth trying.

There is only VHF and UHF. You should try caring. Figure out whether your stations are VHF or UHF, most are UHF. Then shop for appropriate antennas.

Go Here:

www.antennaweb.org

Then buy a Winegard or Channel Master antenna that matches what antennaweb recommends.

I just found out everything around me is UHF accept for PBS being VHF which I'm not too concerned about getting. So I'll just say I'm 55miles out. I've been searching around and the DB4 and DB8 have caught my attention from antennasdirect.com. Some people seem to prefer the DB8 over the Channel Master 4228. What are some thoughts?

What he probably ment to say was he doesn't care about analog. I've installed hundreds of antennas for OTA digital, 75% of them in attics. I get the best results with the CM 4248.
