Does anyone know the remote code control for the Direct TV H-10 receiver that can be use d to set up a Toshiba DLP remote. Toshiba list the codes for manufacturers but I can not tell who manufactured the Direct TV H-10.

Did you try the Hughes code? I think various companies make those DirecTV-only branded units, but they should all respond to the same codeset.

Somewhere too far back to remember right now I thought I saw that Samsung made that receiver. Try their codesets.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

Samsung and or Philips manufacture the H10 receiver. However allthe codes listed have been tried on my universal remote from Bose with no luck.

If you have any success I would be interested

I tried acquiring a second remote for an existing H10 reciver and spent 2 1/2 hours with many people on this issue, including DirectTV.......none of the codes responded and nothing happened.
I tried Samsung and Hughes and all the H10 codes plus the successive number above and beyond what they posted....I.E. 00001,00002,00003,00004,00005 maybe they missed one on the print.

I NEVER did get an answer on this one..(that worked)...

I even picked up some remotes from the carolina area, had great luck with this guy, great service, great communication, and he even helped when it came to troubleshooting, but in the end I couldn't get them to even talk to the boxes........

DirectTV's answer "Maybe you have a bad receiver?"

The remotes got returned with no issues, and I ended up with a Sony box for the customer.........

Good Luck
If you can't be good, be good at it.

Of the D10-100, 200, 300, and H10 only the D10-100 has alternate remote addresses. So far, it may showup in an upgrade??
