The local OTA ATSC CBS channel 5.2 here in Raleigh is rebroadcasting KHOU out of Houston
During the last storm 17.3 NBC was rebroadcasting a New Orleans TV stations but I don't see them doing it for this storm.

At least you are getting a re-broadcast... nothing here in Toronto/Buffalo that I can see... not sure about Rochester locals...
