WHAM 13 from Rochester has offically up'd its power, which may be why more are now pulling it in. RochesterHDTV says they are at full power. Anyone getting a constant stable signal? Also what is the kW for it?

Actually there's a bit of math in those power calculations...
13.83 dB (24.17 kW) + 16.97 dB gain - 0.82 dB loss = 29.98 dB (996.2 kW)
Basically it's at full power.

Ah... now I understand it...
So if WHAM 13 is at full power, at a whopping 996 kW (making it 2nd strongest in region), wouldn't everyone be able to pick this up now? Or are they using a directional antenna so it's harder for us?

It is directional - doesn't output nearly as much to the north, however NWW/NEE seems like it should be OK. Still, it is a fair bit off for the Toronto area and there's lots of opportunity for the signal to be obstructed or deflected.
