Ok heres the problem alot of the channels are on the wrong channels, some of the channels are not in english(theve been turned into spanish somehow), some of the channels you can hear but no see , vise versa, im pretty sure my dad took it to a guy that descrambles it but that was like 2 years ago also i have a rft plus gold. If any1 can tell me what to do please help.

Where did you get the box? This probably isn't the right place to be asking for advice on stealing cable service and it sounds like that's what your'e doing.
