I just installed a home theater system (Denon avr-1905 receiver). I have programed my TV and cable box into the Denon remote (RC-978), but the menu/guide button on the remote, with should bring up the cable guide, doesn't do anything. The manual says it should. I have tried all the IR codes for the cable box (Scientific Atlanta, model 2200). This indispensible function is the one and only reason I still need to cable box remote, and I'd love to get rid of it! I hope someone can help me!!!
