My remote quit working the other day. Changed batteries and tried to reprogram but so far have been unsuccessful. I noted on an online ad for them that the remote deactivates if the buttons get stuck. I suspect that is what has happened as I found it stuck under the edge of my chair. Is there any way to re-activate the thing or do I need to get another? I have used all the codes available for the devices I want to control and it's not doing anything. The lights come on like they're supposed to during the programming sequence but it doesn't function.
