Wasn't NBC supposed to go from half power to full Power on July 1st for Buffalo/Toronto? Any idea what happened?!?!?!

I don't know, but if they have gone full power I haven't seen an improvement...

Interestingly, NBC has been a strange one this week. I have never been able to receive NBC, but coincidently, I have been receiving it for 3 days this week, and not working the other 2 (sat,sun still pending). Could be the great weather we have been having, but definately a strange coincidence with the expected timing of going full power.
