I have a 811 receiver seems like 90% of the channels have a fine pixelazation in the channels in SD.HD channels look good it's the SD channels.Tried better grade cables and no difference..they even changed the box?still the same..104 signal.Someone told me it's the video processor in the 811?They say the 942 is better?Any idea's??

In my opinion its the bandwidth coming down the pipeline, not the hardware. DTV and Dish both have tried to cram so many channels on "X" amount of bandwidth, that PQ has been sacrificed, to the point that cable actaully has better PQ at times. This is especially exxaturated/noticable on larger screen displays.
