Does anyone know anything about the Insignia (Best Buy's "house brand") I-LC23Q1? It's quite a bit less expensive than other HDTVs . . . but we know nothing about its quality.

Hmm. Circuit City just started a house brand. They told me Samsung makes it and it's a bit lesser compared to the branded Samsung TVs. (sales guy, not sure how much to believe) I wonder where Best Buy's comes from. Same maybe?

Best Buy's "house brand," Insignia, is priced about 1/3 less than the brand-name sets of similar size, in this case 23".

but there are better l.c.d's out there

I picked one of these up as an "Open Box" item. It did not come with a remote. I've found the replacement remote online at the following website. Problem is that I am getting rid of remotes and consolidating all into the Main Lobby stuff via my Fujitsu 3400 touchscreen. I REALLY do not need or want one of these remotes. Any one here willing to loan me theirs until I can collect the codes via a collection device? [Link: bestbuy.partsearch.com]

can you take your collection devive to cc or best buy and get the codes.....my bro in law has the insignia htib i desperastely need a code
