Need Help...Samsung Tech Support Does Suck...Called them about a customer who has a Samsung DLP Television and wants an OTA Antenna with the SIR-T165 HD SET TOP box...I called to ask since the T165 has multiple inputs(ant in, cable in, svideo input, and composite input)if you are able to input the cable box through the T165 as well as the OTA antenna..They werent for sure and then told me that..it only accepts analog cable signals..so does this mean that I cant run the cable box through the T165..and the whole point in doing that is because we thought it might improve the picture going through the box especially if it is output component or even DVI..please give me feedback if you know anythign about this...THANKS...

I don't think that it will improve your picture quality of cable, but then again what can? Besides the cable in is just a pass through for when the box is off. i think you are better leaving the two separate

Excuse me for interjecting but I am trying to get the remote code for the same model Samsung that you are talking about. Samsung tech support sucks and no one can answer my question. All I need the the remote code for the Samsung SIR-T165 HDTV Tuner? Would any of you know the answer to that? Thanks for your time.
