I cannot understand why I am unable to receive HDNET on my satellite receiver. I have the new Zenith HD-SAT520 satellite receiver with an oval dish and A,B and C LNB's. My signal meter says that I am getting excellent strength on all three satellites (in the high 80's). When I tune into channel 199 I get BBC America and no sound. All my other channels come in great. I have called Direct TV (3 times) and all I get is the run around. Anybody know whats going on?

I checked Showtime's HD channel and I get MTV2 and no sound. Could it be I don't have the right Sat C LNB?

I wonder if something could be wrong with the switch?

I'm assuming you mean the multi-switch. All my other channels are coming in great.

Check channel 90. Sat C test.
Check NASA Channel (SatB)
Check Ch 400, spanish programmming.

You might have the dish LNBs mixed up, and/or the Sat C combiner reversed.
