I have a Sony V444ES receiver with remote commander model RM-LJ304, and just got AT&T digital cable with an AT&T 200C remote (made by Motorola).

Does anyone know if it is possible either: (1) to have the AT&T remote control the volume on the Sony receiver; or (2) have the Sony remote control do most of the cable remote's features?

I've searched the archives for both remotes and have note found a hit for either. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Bryan

Doesn't the Sony remote have learning capability? I would think so on an ES receiver. Have you tried looking in the manual for information?
