What HDTV DSS receivers will work with the "H" card?
I think that the RCA 100 will but not sure.

Ken, we're not talking illegal cards here, are we?? Because "H" cards are no longer "legally" used.

And if that's the case, that type of content is not allowed to be discussed here.

To give Ken the benefit of the doubt, I am sure there are still H cards in use. Mine (in my original Sony STB) was only replaced yesterday with the distribution of new cards from Direct TV.

I have a four year old Sony STB that still has it's original H card. It's never been replaced and DirecTV has never offered to replace it. It works fine.

You will be getting a replacement card from Direct TV in the mail in the near future. They are changing out all the old cards as part of their "anti-hacker" campaign.
