I'm dying to get an STB for OTA HD, but haven't seen much in the press about which box is best, etc.

Any recommendations, suggestions, warnings, good deals, wise comments????

If all you need is OTA HD, no sat receiver, then Samsung is currently offering a $100 rebate on the SIR-T150.

I own the Samsung SIR-T150, and am also pleased with its OTA HD performance. I do wish they had included an NTSC tuner as well, but that's a minor beef. However, even with the $100 rebate, it is close in price to a HD box with DirecTV built in.

I have the RCA DTC 100 and have been very happy with it... Typically can get for around $500 to $600. Make sure whatever you get that they give you 3 LNB's so you can get all 3 satellites!
