Anyone know how to erase certain channels in the antennea section so that off air and HDTV off air channels show up smoothly through a channel up and down sequence on the original remote....
I have NBC on 15 I get HDTV NBC on 15-1 I pick up 16 on the channel scan When I erase 16 I lose 15-1......
I dont want the filler channels that dont receive anything when I channel up and down.....
Any ideas... Mat

is 16 analog or digital ? what are you useing for terestrial ? You might just want to use a good 300 to 75 ohm. adaptor . Or a uhf amp with gain and or tilt , an antenna pre amp might help too.

Ok.........to clear things up........... 16 is not a channel....... The tuner is probably picking up some sort of information on 16 since 15 is such a strong channel... You know how you always get some extra channels when you search........ I wish to remove these channels and have only the ones that show up........ I receive all the channels perfectly fine.....Its just that I want only those in the lineup .... Follow me??
