I'm thinking of changing my cable service provider from C&W, mainly due to the poor customer service and the fact that their hardware is not compatible with the Pronto.
Anyone in the UK able to recommend any other cable providers? I don't know where to start.

You won't find two cable operators in the same town, due to licensing. Your only option is to go Sky or On-digital.
