That signal is NECx1 Device 12.12, with function numbers:
Vol+  0
Vol-   4
Power 8
Source  12
Mute  16

A few UEI remotes send this IR Protocol on setup code Cable/Sat 0539, and the following brands are listed as using this setup code:
Astra, Aura, Eurostar, M&B, Micro Technology, Seg, Skymax, and Starion.
0539 has a different mapping of button label to function number. Vol+  would be sent by the digit 0 button, Vol- by 4, Power by 7, Source is not available, and Mute by 2.

Is there any known codes for Matrix Mini PRO?
Looks like "Astra, Aura, Eurostar..." codes does not work...

Is it possible to convert this to PRONTO format?

K1 0x303000ff VOL_UP
K5 0x303020df VOL_DOWN
K9 0x303010ef POWER
K13 0x303030cf SOURCE
K17 0x303008f7 MUTE

Thanks in advance

Thank you a lot!
Volume keys need to be pressed twice to work, do not know why.
Other keys works correct - from one press.
Thank you!)

Perhaps the volume buttons use NEC2 instead of NEC1.  Try

Interesting, this code also work in the same way - keys need to be pressed twice also.
However original IR control volume buttons work correct - from one press.

Well, the NEC2 Pronto Hex is supposed to send the signal repeatedly while the button is pressed.  I wonder if whatever you're using to send the iR is handling its volume buttons different to other buttons.  If you e.g. assign the Vol Up function the button that you currently have the Source function assigned to, does it still need two presses to send Vol Up?

Yes, only twice press Vol Up works. If I press it ones - then nothing.
However if it is big pause before second press - it works.
And if I press mute and then Vol Up - it also works.
Quite strange, as original remote controller Vol Up & Vol Down works with once press every time.
