Is it possible to disable the UR2-CBL-CV04 "iO" button on the Cablevision remote?

We installed cablesvision at our hotel. They allow the user to browser and try and order moivies............but they dont offer a interface yet so folks cant order movies.......it's a teaser, so we are getting a lot of complaints.
