Hi i have a JMB/VCR TV with no remote. I bought a universal remote control but JMB is not listed in the brand list. Can anyone give me a code.

The model of the TV is:

JMBC1500.SL

Thanks

Does your universal have a search function, and if so have you tried it?

As an alternative I have found this.

N.B. The make and model no. of your universal would be helpful.

i have tried the search funtion but it doesnt seem to stop flashing, any tips?
The universal remote is pretty cheap the brand is signalex. The remote has codes for many other TVs but JMB is not listed.

Unfortunately, without being able to confirm the actual model number of your remote (Signalex merely being a rebadge exercise) I cannot really offer any tips.

Is your remote one of the following?

Had a horrible feeling you were going to say that.

I'm afraid it's unlikely you'll find a code for it - an obscure remote for an obscure brand and a combi unit to boot. The odds aren't good. The best I can do is suggest you go here or here. Or if you're specifically after a universal you could try one of these (available from Amazon [Link: amazon.co.uk]) which does have JMB codes listed, albeit under the separate TV and VCR headings.

Alas, no.
