I'm wondering if I'm using the best codes. And some of my devices I can't find a working code. Hoping someone out there knows the codes for the FiOS remote control (Philips RC 1445302):

Sony TV: Bravia KDL-46W3000 (currently using code 3126 - sort of OK)
Sharp TV: Aquos LC32D62U (using 3222 - works well)
Sony Home Theater: DAV-HDX500 (using 3530 but missing lots of buttons)
Roku player (no code)
Magnavox DVD player: DP170MW8 (using 0702 - works well)

You've tried all the various component codes in the manual?

Yes - I tried the DVD codes and the "audio receiver" codes. There are no home theater codes. The 3530 code isn't working the play/pause or the menu button.

I would imagine that the published codes are the only ones that the remote will recognise, in which case you're not likely to find anything better. Perhaps investment in a good quality learning remote is required.
