HI!
I want to use an APPLE iremote to control my self-made amplifier.
I analyzed the code and got out the information that the code consists of 32 bit (NEC - code format), but the meaning of the 4 bytes is not known to me.

The 3rd byte changes according to the function, the other bytes stay always the same.
So I guessed that the 1., 2. and 4. byte are some kind of "adress" bytes, the 3rd one is a code.

But this seems to be wrong as the receiver works well with the first iremote, but did NOT with any other.

Does anyone know what those 32 bit really mean?

Would be great!
Regards
eres
