Hi,

Last week I bought a small white Universal Mini TV Remote Control from a pound shop, but try as I might I can't work out how to use it! I read the simple instructions that originally came with it but, as usual, they were written by someone whose English is not very good and I just can't get it to work. The red light comes on when I have the battery in it and press the power button, but I can't get it to do anything else.

I've searched the net high and low to see if I can find out who the original manufacturer is - but with no luck. There are no markings on the remote itself and no make or model number references on either the packaging or the instruction card either. Its so frustrating!

Here is a link to a photo of the remote, and a copy of the original instructions that came with it.

If someone can tell me what the make / model number is I would be very grateful. Even if someone knows of another forum that might be able to help it would be appreciated. Can any of you guys out there help???

Many thanks in advance,

Phil
