I have a Crestron ML-500 that my installer programmed, and it scares me a little to think that if it malfunctions I'm stuck. Is it possible, using the data port, to copy the settings to a PC or Mac and then upload them to, say, an MX-600? Or is the software I'd need proprietary/installer-only? If so, can someone recommend a learning RF remote I can teach the key commands to?
