My 4 year old son was using our remote and said he pressed 1 and 6 and now thw remote does not work. I am sure he must have pressed something other than 1 and 6 (sleep and code are both above the 1) either way - we have tried taking the batteries out, tried to reprogram the remote (using steps I found here) but to no avail.

The red light on the top left is on and not blinking or turning off and none of the buttons work - can anyone offer some suggestions?

Kids, don't you just love 'em. However, to be of some assistance a model number would be some benefit.

where would I find the model number? If I am looking at the correct thing it would be CL019.

That is indeed the number. Check out this thread, it's for a CL015, but may offer some pointers.
