I have samsung htp38 home theater. The remote is lost. I have samsung remote 00176B but do not have it's code manual. Can someone help me finding the code for the 00176B remote to work with samsung htp38 home theater.Thanks in advance.

The 00176B is a remote that was supplied with a number of TV models. Although it's described as being universal it has, in addition to its TV function, limited capability in controlling VCR's, Cable Boxes and DVD players. I think it unlikely you'll get it to control your home theater.

If you would like to check it out for yourself, here is a link to a TV manual that uses your remote; it includes a number of remote codes and how to set them.

I have a bn59-00378 remote controller. I have tried with all codes (in DVD mode) to activate my AIWA compact av system AVJ-X5, but without any success. Need help, please.

See my post before yours.

The BN59-00378 is an OEM model that was supplied with a several models of TV. It's "Universal" ability is very limited so it's unlikely it will control your AV system.

Looking for help - tried Samsung help line and Satillite company but they were no help.

If got new PVR, Samsung LED TV, and now Samsung Air Track HW D450.

When Satillite installed was here was able to program Sat remote to control TV volume and power (still does) but now I have the Air Track speakers I cannot control those (TV set to extrenal speakers) adn I have to use the Air Track remote to control volume.

Does anyone know the remote code for the Air Track unit - so the Satillite remote can control the sound volume on Track as well?

Thanks to anyone that can help.
