Hello, I just got a new directv receiver model: D11, I want to use my 6 function philips magnavox universal remote, but there are no directv 4 digit codes in the manual, in fact no codes are listed for directv made receivers. Thx. E-mail me @ [email protected]

Sorry, but as of now the only universal remotes with a code for DTV receivers such as the D10, D11, H10, or R15, is the URC/HTM brand of universal remotes, the models include R5, R7, and the mx-650. The code is SAT 173.
OFA upgradeable remotes can have sat code 1377 loaded via phone or by mail, but no ofa remote has a preset code yet.

Thanks for the help anyway, I will just use my directv remote for now until I get a newer universal, hopefully I can find the directv remote code for my tv though, if you know any off hand I'd appreciate the help it is a Toshiba flat screen a few years old (dont have the model number with me) but the guide for the directv remote doesn't seem to have a correct code for it.

Nevermind, the directv remote I have sucks, no bother finding codes for it when it has only 3 other functions and crappy options. Do you know if there will eventually be codes for the new directv receivers or if I will have upgrade my current remote? Which I actually like, its the Philips Magnavox REM400, thx.
