yes, but some buttons are differents in my remote, the three white button above are vcr, tv, and cable/sat, and doesn´t have mbr set

Yes I see, MBR stands for Multi Brand Remote. If yours is missing the MBR SET key, it might be a single brand remote, JVC?

may be, bacause my remote are from a jvc vcr, so, may be only works for the vcr and is not an universal remote, don´t you think?

Probably, but you're not missing much, even if its set for use with another brand of tv, its a pain the neck to use. You would need to press down always on the TV key, to change the other keys to work the tv. Let go of TV key,and the keys only control the vcr.

I have an original JVC remote for my TV but its borken I bouhgt a multi brnad remote but none of the codes will activate the OK button and I need it to program the channels available on the TV can I do this manually or am I screwed? thanks

Here is my remote: [Link: dvdremotecontrols.com]It runs a JVC HR-XVC3OU and I am trying to get it to run my Philips Magnavox television as my remote for it is broken. I have tried the previous recommendation to, with the tv off, and the upper left hand button switched to the tv position, held in power and pressed 02 which is the magnavox code and it still won't work my tv. Is there something I am missing? Technology bites the big one.....

hi i have a jvc remote control its the RM-STHC60J, and i have a sanyo tv but i cant seem to find code to be able to use the jvc control with the sanyo tv

simarikgood2 There are two codes, 13, 14 To enter code: 1. slide remote control mode selector to TV 2. press and hold TV key 3. press ENTER 4. enter two digit code 5. release the TV key

I have a JVC LP21036-033 remote and a widescreen Magnavox. I can't find my instruction manual for my VCR/DVD remote to program my TV. Please help.

Hey, I have a JVC MBR which I am trying to get to work with a Panasonic TV. I am not sure of what the model number is on the remote as the sticker is worn. The VCR model is HR-J205EK. The remote has a display with the time and date on it, it is dark grey with light grey buttons and 2 slide switches A/B and Video/TV. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
