My son lost his remote for his 13" durabrand TV. Does anyone know which remote may be compatible with it. I can't find one......Help me!!!!

I tried calling my local Wal-mart to see if they had any Durabrand TVs in stock, but they are out right now, so I have noway of confirming what remote control signal this thing uses.
However, I have been informed that it is a re-badge product, and it's probably really an Orion TV, so there's a good chance that it will respond to Orion codes.

The correct code for Durabrand TVs, when using a One For All remote, is TV/0171 Rob http://www.hifi-remote.comThis message was edited by The Robman on 07/05/04 12:09.

i bought a universal remote and it works on my sylvania tv but not on my durabrand home theater system w/dvd they are both made by funui corporation can any one give me a 3 digit code i can try

buy a universal remote press the code search button untill the channel changes on you television then press mute or ok to save it. the code for a durabrand dvd player is 546 i have a philips 6 device remote now and it works great

Do you really think code 546 will work in every single universal? No, it only works on your brand of universal, which you won't even say what it is?

actually i have now tried about 8 universals and it workd in all of them because it is a universal code and plus i told how to find a code if yours doesnt work. i have a sony stereo system that i found but it didnt come wiht a remote but it has the capabilities do you know where i could find the code because my remote is a philips 6 device dvd learning remote
