Hi. First time poster and I am looking for a little help if possible! I have looked at both of these remotes and actually prefer the look and feel of the RCA remote, but I keep hearing that it does not have enough memory. I am trying to replace several remotes and want to get one that is easy for the family to use. Any help or suggestions concerning these remotes would be greatly appreciated. I also read where there is a B model of the RCA remote, but as of yet have not seen one. Thanks for your help.

I am a new user to the RCA 810B, and so far I have had mixed results. For me it was an easy choice because ALL my devices are RCA. So far I have only had to program about 8-10 commands to cover whatever wasn't already on the remote. So far, it does seem a little buggy (had problems learning from other RCA remotes!) but I think I've got it setup the way I want it and now it works great. Nice bright backlight, good feel, LCD is helpful.
