Need help with how to program Philips Magnavox N9305UD remote control that came with my VCR. Can't find my manual to figure out how to make it control my Sharp TV after installing new batteries. Any body know how to do search mode with this remote?

i have the same problem with the same remote but i have a g.e.tv the philips magnavox website gives no info on remotes except in the owners manual section and that page will not work for some reason on my model # please help

I am also looking for information on how to search codes for the N9305UD remote.I think it can cycle thru codes and learn new ones but I can't find directions.
I have some codes for common brands though.
REMOTE CODES instructions manual programming FOR THE Phillips Magnavox N9305UD VCR remote
To program
1.Press MUTE
2.Press TV
Then enter one of the following codes
Emerson 14
Fisher 11
GE 10
Goldstar 04
Hitachi 12
JVC 09
Magnavox 01,02 or 03
Marantz 13
Montgomery Ward 14
Panasonic 07
Philco 14
Philips 01
Phillips Magnavox 01,02 or 03
Quasar 07
RCA 10
Samsung 17
Sanyo 11
SEARS 08 or 11
Sharp 16
Sony 09
Toshiba 08
Zenith 06 or 15
