I have a Gateway Destination (it's a computer & TV setup) and I also have a complete Sony stereo with DVD and DSS. It's all s-link equipted. My dish remote (I use it in every room in my house).

The Gateway already has a radio remote and I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a software program to use my PC to control my stereo. It would be nice to control my dss dish as well in the radio mode.

I know that Sony makes a serial port to s-link adapter that controls some of their hi-end MD equipment so the hardware part of this already exsist...any ideas?? If not does anyone know of a good radio AND IR remote??

BTW...this is a GREAT web site...THANKS!!
