can this remote be programed on a mac and does the wireless network also work with macs

Hi,
RC9800i's software cannot be upgraded on a Mac. However the remote can be programmed, since for this you do not need PC/Mac software (the complete setup is on the remote itself).
Wireless network will work together with Mac, but if you want to do music streaming (UPnP) you will need some extra third party software (like Allegro Mediaserver or Twonkyvision). Note that with this software photo previewing on an RC9800i will not work.
