In order to upgrade NG software, I need to uninstall the old software. Unfortunately, neither the Pronto NG edit uninstaller or my Control Panel would not uninstall the old version. I do know that my windows installer is working properly as I have recently installed new software. I am running windows 2000 and my registry cleaner is saying that everythings' OK. What to do? Rick
