Not sure if bad RF Receiver or Blaster is bad,anyone know some diag tips,No RF interference as initial checks,moved to other rooms,when plug back in receiver led stays lit,thanks and regards, Michael

It's supposed to be lit. That tells you that it's on. It blinks when it receives RF commands.

let me clarify,the receiver with the antenna stays lit,the blaster part is lit all the time as intended,the antenna led only lights when a command from the Pronto 7500 is received,now antenna module led is constantly lit and no remote functions are working

You may have a ground or voltage loop. This is especially common when you are connecting equipment directly with mono plugs and not using stick on emitters. For example, some comcast cable boxes require a 3 pin stereo plug which is intended to be connected to an IR receiver such as a xantech one which requires +12V.
I would start by disconnecting any equipment that is direct coupled (not using emitters) and see where your problem might be.
