Sorry but I have forgotten how this worked...
My TSU7500 remote has "dim lights" and "close shutters" commands written into the firmware (?) which causes alarms and messages to go off at various times. There was no way to remove all these, they popped up again after deleting everything in the Tools.
There used to be a solution by a Remote Central member, you had to treat the pcf as a zip file, and then change something in the unzipper.
Vaguely remember this was an xml file.
Anyone with a better memory than mine?

So, you went into Tools and into Timers and deleted all timers?
If that's the case and it didn't take, you could try reflashing with new firmware and then reloading your pcf file.

No, it was much easier: I only needed to "do something" with my dezipper, some changed comment...
