I just got a used TSU 7000 and it does not have the set up disc. Trying to connect the remote to Windows XP it says I need Pronto2g.sys that is on the disc. I did some searching on here but did not find anywhere I could get it. I have also searched the web for any disc's for sale and even on Philips website but came up with nothing.

Any help is greatly appreciated?

Jeremy

Send me an email to the addy on my profile with your request. Note that if you have a 64 bit OS, you will need to install some sort of Virtual PC or VMWare image with XP such that you can install the 32 bit driver.

Sorry for the delay. Email sent.

Also, when you install the software (PPENG), in the folder where the EXE is located, there should be a 'Drivers' folder. Inside there, you can find the 'Drivers' folder with drivers for Win98SE and Win2KXPME

DISREGARD THIS POST. STUPID ME HAD THE USB CABLE PLUGGED INTO THE WRONG COMPUTER. ALL IS GOOD NOW.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I could use a little help also. I have installed PPENG on XP running on a VMware Player virtual machine. However, I cannot get communication with the docking station and a 7500. I have looked in Device Manager of the virtual machine, but there is nothing under USB controllers having anything to do with the remote -- just a bunch of generic stuff (Generic USB Hub, USB Composite Device, USB Root Hub). I've located the driver in the Program Files folder, but I have no idea what to do with it. For reference, I was able to get a 3000/PENG working just fine in the same environment. Any suggestions?
