Hi folks;
Been awhile.
I have run into a snag running ProntoProEdit 2.1.8 on my new workstation with win8 64 bit. I have successfully installed the program in XP compatibility mode, but I get a connection error when attempting to read my TSU7000. I am doubting that I will have any luck, simply based on the age of the remote and the program, but I am curious if anyone running win8 64bit has been able to talk to their TSU7000 successfully and how you did it.
I have an old laptop running win98se that I might install 2.1.8 on and see if that works if there are no workarounds.
Thanks and Merry Christmas to all.
Rick

There is no 64-bit driver support. In order to download to the remote you'll need to be running the editor in a 32-bit Windows environment. Perform a forum search and you'll find many posts that discuss this topic. Happy holidays!
