Edited this after getting home....
I inherited a client from someone else who put in a TSU3000, not the most elegant programming I ever saw. She called yesterday to say she could not control her AV system. When I got to the site I saw that the Xantech sensor's LED is blinking constantly. I looked through the room, and there's no new thing that emits IR. It turns out the TSU3000, vintage unknown, is on its charger happily blinking away. No wonder she had no control!
Is this a known and solvable problem? Removing the battery worked for right now. Thanks in advance. Despite my signature, knowing other component models won't help.
