I have a pronto tsu7000 and im trying to use version 2.8.1 or older software to great and or edit and i keep getting a promt that says mfc71.dll was not found and app failed to start been at this several hours please help me thanks BIG CHRIS

Did you install the software with a user account that has admin rights? Did you reboot after installing the software? What OS and bit size are you using? For example, XP SP3 32bit vs Win 7 64 bit.
