I replaced one Sony CD changer with a new one. I merged the pcf files. All I need to do now is replace three old panels with new panels with that look exactly alike, but have different IR signals. I move the new panels into the device, rename them the same name as the panels referred to in my commands, then delete the old panels. Only trouble is, the existing commands get deleted, as they refer to deleted panels. How can I insert the new panels without laboriously matching up every single command? They look exactly alike.

Please consider not starting new threads for issues related to your old threads. User's just coming into the topic will not have background/context.

Here is the old thread with what I believe will be the answer you seek.
