Quite often when I push a button on the screen the remote will go blank and then after a few seconds reset itself. I thought it might be a weak battery but after recharging and the battery indicator showing full charge it still happens. Any idea what might be causing this?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
.....Gord

I've been trying the various buttons on the remote and notice now that it is not just the screen buttons that are giving me the problem. The other buttons that are causing the problem are the top 2 hard buttons on the right side. They are marked for Channel + & - but I have them programmed for dimming and brightening. SORRY for the bad information in the previous post!! I hope this information will mean something to someone who can give me an idea of what to do.
Thanks again,
.....Gord

I believe it's the battery!!!! I have 2 of these remotes so I swapped the batteries and now the other one does the same thing. I guess the battery indicator is not as good as I believed them to be. Thank you for the reply, Lyndel.

Gord,
I think I am having the same issue, but it is only when I am using the remote with IR. With RF it seems to work correctly. I am going to buy a new battery. Pete

Hi Pete,
I ordered 2 new batteries from ProntoWizard.com so I sure hope that's the whole problem. Also did something I shouldn't have done; I bid on another TSU7000 on Ebay thinking I would undoubtedly be beat. I bid $135 and ended up winning it at a little over $133. Oh well, I've wondered what I would do when one of mine eventually bit the dust and now I guess I have a 3rd unit for backup. I suppose I could put it back on Ebay but I will probably just keep it. LOL
