I just replaced my digitizer using a Phillips LPH7123-1 I got off ebay... from china of course. And now my digitizer is off 180 degrees.. ie, I have to touch the top of the screen to hit something on the bottom.
I tried going through calibration, but it fails on the 4th corner.
Any tips? Can I swap something on the connector to fix this?

what do you think it means? Wrong digitizer? Or should it just calibrate to realize it's upside down?

it means wrong digitizer but has happened before. If you can calibrate it to be upside down, then great but I think you may have some issues.
Best bet it so buy another screen or remote (from ebay) if you can find one or send that one in for repair.
